摘要
T/R组件是星载相控阵天线的主要功能模块,其热设计的合理性直接关系到相控阵天线的安全性和可靠性。基于星载四通道T/R组件,通过仿真手段对其内部元器件开展了散热设计。热分析结果表明,T/R内部元器件的最高结温为81.7℃,满足航天Ⅰ级降额温度要求。
T/R module is the main function module of satellite-borne phased array antenna. The rationality of thermal design is directly related to the safety and reliability of phased array antenna.Based on a satellite-borne 4-channel T/R module, the heat dissipation design of internal components is carried out by means of simulation. The thermal analysis results show that the maximum junction temperature of internal components is 81.7℃, which meets the requirements of aerospace class I derating criteria.
