摘要
目的:探讨大剂量维生素C联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗病毒性心肌炎患儿的疗效及对血清BNP、cTnⅠ、CK-MB水平的影响。方法:选择我院2014-112019-10收治的病毒性心肌炎患儿80例为研究对象。随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予磷酸肌酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予大剂量维生素C治疗。比较两组治疗前后血清BNP、cTnⅠ、CK-MB、ALT及AST变化及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组BNP、cTnⅠ、CK-MB、ALT及AST均降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后BNP、cTnⅠ、CK-MB、ALT及AST均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率90.00%及显效率60.00%均明显高于对照组(72.50%、32.50%)(P<0.05)。结论:大剂量维生素C联合磷酸肌酸钠可显著降低病毒性心肌炎患儿血清BNP、cTnⅠ、CK-MB、ALT及AST水平,改善患儿心脏及肝脏功能,疗效满意。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of high-dose vitamin C combined with sodium phosphate creatine in the treatment of viral myocarditis and the effects on serum BNP, cTnⅠ and CK-MB levels.Methods: A total of 80 children with viral myocarditis admitted to Songzi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2014 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium phosphocreatine, and the observation group was additiously treated with large dose of vitamin C.The changes of serum BNP, cTnⅠ, CK-MB, ALT and AST were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, as well as the clinical efficacy.Results: After treatment, BNP, cTnⅠ, CK-MB, ALT and AST decreased in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment, BNP, cTnⅠ, CK-MB, ALT and AST in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(90.00% vs. 72.50%), and the significant effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(60.00% vs. 32.50%), the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions: High dose of vitamin C combined with sodium phosphate creatine can significantly reduce serum levels of BNP, cTnⅠ, CK-MB, ALT and AST, and improve cardiac and liver functions in children with viral myocarditis.
