摘要
目的:针对表虚不固反复上呼吸道感染患者采用玉屏风散加味治疗,旨在对其发作次数及免疫指标影响进行探讨。方法:选取我院2018-05~2019-02收治的反复上呼吸道感染患者76例为研究对象,随机编号1~76号,将奇数号患儿纳入A组(n=38),偶数号儿纳入B组(n=38)。A组采用匹多莫德治疗,B组在A组基础上联合玉屏风散加味治疗,比较两组临床疗效、发作次数及免疫指标(IgG、IgA、IgM)。结果:B组治疗总有效率94.74%高于A组76.32%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组发作次数均下降,但B组低于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组IgG、IgA、IgM指标均升高,且B组高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用玉屏风散加味治可有效增强疗表虚不固反复上呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能,减少其年发作次数,疗效显著。
Objective:To investigate the effects of modified Yupingfeng powder on the frequency of attack and immune indexes of children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infection with superficial deficiency.Methods:Seventy-six children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infection admitted to the First People's Hospital of Lingbao City from May 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the number 1-76,they were randomly divided into odd-numbered even numbers,odd-numbered group A and even-numbered group B,with 38 cases in each group.Group A was treated with pidomod,and group B was treated with Yupingfeng powder on the basis of group A.The clinical efficacy,frequency of attack and immune indexes(IgG,IgA,IgM)of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of group B was 94.74%higher than that of group A 76.32%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of attacks decreased in both groups,but the decrease was more obvious in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).IgG,IgA and IgM indexes were all increased in both groups,and the increase in group B was more significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yupingfeng powder can effectively enhance the immune function of children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infection due to superficial deficiency,reduce the frequency of annual attacks,and the effect is significant.
