血液灌流联合透析滤过对终末期肾病患者钙磷代谢及氧化应激的影响 被引量:3

Effects of hemoperfusion combined with diafiltration on calcium and phosphorus metabolism and oxidative stress in patients with end-stage renal disease

摘要 目的:探讨血液灌流联合透析滤过对终末期肾病患者钙磷代谢及氧化应激的影响。方法:回顾性分析2019-04~2020-04我院收治的终末期肾病患者85例临床资料,将采用透析滤过治疗的40例患者纳入A组,将采用血液灌流联合透析滤过的45例患者纳入B组。治疗3个月后,比较两组钙磷代谢、氧化应激及炎性因子水平。结果:两组治疗后血清钙水平均较治疗前高,血清磷水平均较治疗前低,且B组改善显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后SOD、GSH-Px水平均较治疗前高,MDA水平均较治疗前低,且B组改善显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后CRP、TNF-α水平均较治疗前低,且B组较A组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液灌流联合透析滤过治疗终末期肾病效果较好,可有效改善患者钙磷代谢状况,缓解氧化应激,减轻其炎症反应。 Objective: To investigate the effects of hemoperfusion combined with diafiltration on calcium and phosphorus metabolism and oxidative stress in patients with end-stage renal disease.Methods: Clinical data of 85 patients with end-stage renal disease admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Zhumadian City from April 2019 to April 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The 40 patients treated with diafiltration were assigned to group A and the 45 patients treated with hemoperfusion combined with diafiltration were assigned to group B.The levels of calcium and phosphorus metabolism, oxidative stress and inflammatory factors were compared between 2 groups after 3 months of treatment.Results: After treatment, the serum calcium level was higher and the serum phosphorus level was lower in both groups, and the improvement in group B was more significant, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment, SOD and GSH-Px levels in both groups were higher than before treatment, while MDA levels were lower than before treatment, and the improvement in group B was more significant, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of CRP and TNF-α in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in group B were lower than those in group A, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Hemoperfusion combined with diafiltration is effective in the treatment of end-stage renal disease, which can effectively improve the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus, relieve oxidative stress, and reduce the inflammatory response.
