摘要
针对当前畜牧养殖环境恶劣的现状,设计了一种基于STC15的刮板控制装置。该装置以STC15作为主控芯片,由刮板电机控制电路、霍尔信号处理电路、电源电路等电路组成。刮板装置控制电路采用两种控制模式,实现自动或手动控制刮板运行。刮板移动由限位开关安装位置限制其运行,并通过霍尔信号处理电路检测刮板运行存在的滑、卡等异常状况,保证了刮板装置的稳定运行;以液晶屏作为显示界面,通过按键设置自动运行时间、循环次数等参数。试验结果表明:刮板控制装置适用于大部分养殖场,可实现自动控制和运行保护两项功能,有效地实现了每天自动清理粪便,防止了细菌的滋生及繁殖,优化了畜牧养殖环境。
A scraper control device based on STC15 is designed for the current situation of livestock breeding environment.The device uses STC15 as the main control chip,which is composed of scraper motor control circuit,Hall signal processing circuit,power supply circuit and so on.The scraper device control circuit adopts two control modes to realize automatic or manual control of scraper operation.The scraper movement is limited by the installation position of the limit switch,and the abnormal conditions such as sliding and jamming are detected by the Hall signal processing circuit to ensure the stable operation of the scraper device;the LCD screen is used as the display interface,and the parameters such as automatic operation time and cycle times are set by keys.The test results show that the scraper control device is suitable for most farms.It can realize two functions of automatic control and operation protection,effectively realize the automatic cleaning of feces every day,prevent the breeding and reproduction of bacteria,and optimize the livestock breeding environment.
