摘要
为解决有机注浆加固材料有机氯含量高,导致以煤炭资源为原料的化工企业中变换催化剂中毒失活的问题。采用一步合成法,以自研发的无卤阻燃剂为原料,制备了无卤聚氨酯注浆加固材料,表现出优异的力学性能、阻燃性能和稳定性能。红外光谱表征结果表明,制备的加固材料具备聚氨酯聚合物交联结构,在山西晋煤寺河煤矿应用结果表明,该材料可有效控制矿井中冒顶片帮等事故的发生,保证煤矿回采安全性。同传统聚氨酯材料相比,制备的无卤聚氨酯加固材料卤素含量低至272 mg/kg,有效地解决了煤化工企业中变换催化剂中毒失活的问题。
In order to solve the problem of shifting catalyst poisoning and deactivation caused by organic grouting reinforced materials with high halogen content in chemical enterprises taking for coal resources as raw materials.A halogen-free polyurethane grouting reinforcement material was prepared,used a one-step synthesis method and self-developed halogen-free flame retardants as raw materials.It had excellent mechanical properties,flame retardancy and stability.The results of infrared spectroscopy indicated the synthesized material had a crosslinked structure of polyurethane polymer.The application results of the coal mines in Shanxin Jinmei Sihe coal mine showed that the halogen-free polyurethane grouting reinforced materials can effectively control the occurrence of accidents such as roofing slabs in the mine,ensuring safety production.Compared with traditional polyurethane materials,this material had halogen content as low as 272 mg/kg,and it solved the problem of shifting catalyst poisoning and deactivation in coal chemical enterprises.
