煤矿工作面切眼立眼与切眼底抽巷综合贯通技术

摘要 介绍通过建立全断面爆破一次性小推进设计和临时/永久安全支护相结合的技术措施。从施工方案、工程质量、技术措施和安全防护等4个环节保障施工安全。结果表明:通过在立眼支护断面上临时与永久支护之间互相保护的安全设计,再与全断面一次性小推进爆破技术相结合,成功在预期时间前安全贯穿并实现瓦斯零超限。为矿井的综合生产计划不但节省了时间,也节约了成本增加了经济效益。 Introduce the technical measures combining the one-off small advancing design and temporary/permanent safety support through the establishment of full-face blasting.The construction safety is ensured from the four links of construction plan,project quality,technical measures and safety protection.The results show that through the safety design of mutual protection between the temporary and permanent supports on the vertical support section,and combined with the full-section one-time small boost blasting technology,it successfully penetrated safely before the expected time and achieved zero gas overrun.The comprehensive production plan for the mine not only saves time,but also saves costs and increases economic benefits.
