Comparison and Selection of Tourism Development Schemes of Abandoned Mine Shaft Resources

高顶山煤矿处于华蓥山旅游核心区,于2017年关闭。政府根据华蓥山旅游规划,拟利用废弃矿山井巷资源发展矿山旅游、采煤文化教育基地,对华蓥山旅游形成有益的补充,助推地方经济转型发展、高质量发展。通过是否设置见煤点、不同见煤点位置提出3个比选方案,经过技术经济综合比较分析,最终选用不设置见煤点方案;并结合项目属性规划旅游方案,设置安全通道,对不利用井巷(硐室、钻孔)进行永久密闭处理,提出措施及建议。

The former Gaodingshan coal mine is located in the Huaying mountain tourism core area and was closed in 2017.According to the plan of Huaying mountain tourism,the government plans to use abandoned mine shaft and lane resources to develop mine tourism,coal mining culture and education base,form a beneficial supplement to Huaying mountain tourism,and boost the development of local economic transformation and high-quality development.Through the setting of coal point and different coal point location,three comparison schemes are put forward.After the comprehensive comparison and analysis of technology and economy,the scheme of not setting coal point is finally selected.Combined with the project attribute,the tourism scheme is planned,the safe passage is set,and the permanent airtight treatment is carried out for the unused shaft(chamber and borehole),and the measures and suggestions are put forward.
