Development Trend and Situation of Speedy Drivage System in Coal Mine

针对当前煤矿采掘失衡比较突出的现象,对煤矿快速掘进技术的要求、成巷工艺、现状和发展趋势进行了研究,指出目前快速掘进中主要存在掘支不能平行作业、支护时间长、作业协调能力差、设备开机率低等问题,并详细介绍了不同地质条件下的快速掘进系统应用现状。探讨了煤矿快速掘进系统越来越综合化、智能化、集约化、个性化发展的趋势。

According to mining and driving imbalance contradiction occurred in the coal mine.The requirements for speedy drivage system,roadway forming process,present situation and development trend are studied.It is pointed out that the main problems in the current speedy drivage are that the excavation and support can not be operated in simultaneous,the support time is long,the equipment coordination ability is poor,and the equipment start-up rate is low.The speedy drivage system current situation in different geological conditions is introduced in detail.The development trend of coal mine speedy drivage system which is more and more comprehensive,intelligent,intensive and personalized is discussed.
