摘要
针对残采复采煤层,为了确定再生顶板下巷道掘进合理位置及支护形式,通过采用理论分析、数值模拟及现场试验的方法。确定了内错距离为9 m的下分层内错巷道布置形式为最佳,分析了不同留顶厚度下巷道顶板下沉弯曲量,确定巷道合理留顶厚度为1.0 m以上;同时巷道支护形式宜采用锚喷与架棚联合支护。研究表明,采用该种巷道布置及支护方式能有效提高巷道成形率,提高巷道安全性能。
Theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field test are adopted to determine the reasonable position and support form of roadway tunneling under the regenerated roof for residual mining and remining coal seams.It was determined that the arrangement form of the lower stratified internal tunnel with a distance of 9 m was the best,and the subsidence bending amount of the roadway roof under different roof thicknesses was analyzed.It was determined that the reasonable roof thickness of the roadway was more than 1.0 m.At the same time,the combined support of shotcrete and bolt,scaffolding and shotcrete should be adopted in roadway support.The study shows that the roadway layout and support method can effectively improve the roadway forming rate and safety performance.
