摘要
电牵引采煤机控制系统的自动化程度影响着煤炭开采的效率,采用卡尔曼滤波预测电流作为反馈实现恒功率截割从而提高开采效率。在对电牵引采煤机系统组成结构进行分析后,对牵引部控制方案进行详细设计,通过监测电流反馈煤岩的硬度,并采用卡尔曼滤波算法根据前时刻采集的电流、协方差矩阵等预测下一时刻的电流,将其反馈给PLC控制器,实现恒功率截割。仿真结果显示,卡尔曼滤波预测方法的预测值与真实值之间的误差较小,可用于电牵引采煤机牵引控制中。
The degree of automation of the electric traction shearer control system affects the efficiency of coal mining.The Kalman filter is used to predict the current as feedback to achieve constant power cutting to improve mining efficiency.After analyzing the composition and structure of the electric traction shearer system,the traction unit control plan is designed in detail.The hardness of the coal rock is fed back by monitoring the current,and the Kalman filter algorithm is used to predict the current collected based on the previous time,the covariance matrix,etc.The current at the next moment is fed back to the PLC controller to achieve constant power cutting.The simulation results show that the error between the predicted value of the Kalman filter prediction method and the true value is small,and it can be used in the traction control of the electric traction shearer.
