摘要
生态环境没有替代品,用之不觉,失之难存。物流企业是实现我国经济绿色高质量发展的重要主体,员工环保公民行为又是物流企业实现环保绩效的根基。依据现有研究文献设计物流企业员工环保公民行为及其影响因素调查问卷,基于1 217位物流企业员工个体的调查数据发现:第一,我国物流企业员工环保公民行为水平偏低,员工个体绿色责任意识不强,物流企业绿色人力资源管理实践水平亦偏低;第二,物流企业男性员工及非管理岗员工的环保公民行为水平较高;第三,员工个体的绿色责任意识显著增强其环保公民行为;第四,物流企业的绿色人力资源管理实践显著促进员工环保公民行为。因此,物流企业应强化员工个体绿色责任意识和积极主动推行绿色人力资源管理实践。
There are no substitutes for the ecological environment,as we are non-conscious when we have enough to use,however,once destroyed,it will be difficult for our human-beings to recover the ecological environment.The logistics enterprises are the key body to achieve China's green and high-quality development in economy,furthermore,employee environmental citizenship behavior is the foundation for logistics enterprises to realize their environmental performance.Based on the existing research literature,this paper designs a questionnaire about employee environmental citizenship behavior in logistics enterprises and its potential influencing factors.Using the survey data from 1217 employees working in China's logistics enterprises,we find the following results.First,the level of employee environmental citizenship behavior in China's logistics enterprises is relatively low,individual employee's awareness of environmental accountability is not strong,and the level of logistics enterprises'green human resource management practices is relatively low as well.Second,the environmental citizenship behavior level of both male employees and the non-management employees in logistics enterprises is relatively high.Third,individual employee's awareness of environmental accountability has significantly enhanced his or her environmental citizenship behavior.Fourth,green human resource management practices of logistics enterprises have significantly promoted their employees'environmental citizenship behavior.Therefore,logistics enterprises should strengthen the cultivation of individual employee's environmental accountability awareness and actively carry out green human resource management practices.
