摘要
新零售是在互联网发展潮流下,运用人工智能、大数据等新技术,形成“线上+线下”全面融合的新业态。新零售的兴起也给物流行业提出了新的挑战,作为连接线上和线下零售的物流,该领域内人力资源管理领域也不断冒出新思维,包括互联网大数据HR、“去企业忠诚”与“非员工敬业度”、移动互联学习网、人力资本价值管理等,从这些新思维出发,本文针对即将转型或已经转型成功的物流企业,在招聘、培训以及薪酬方面提出自己对未来的新思考,以期为这类企业提供一些借鉴意义。
Under the trend of Internet development,new retail uses new technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data to form a new business form of“online+offline”comprehensive integration.The rise of new retail has also brought new challenges to the logistics industry.As the logistics industry connecting online and offline retail,new ideas have emerged in the field of human resource management,including internet big data HR,“de enterprise loyalty”and“non employee engagement”,mobile Internet learning network,human capital value management,etc.Starting from these new ideas,this paper aims at the upcoming transformation or the logistics enterprises that have successfully transformed,put forward their own new thinking on the future in terms of recruitment,training and compensation,in order to provide some reference for such enterprises.
