摘要
河北作为我国北方重要的工农业基地,同时也是京津冀区域的重要组成部分,随着京津冀一体化特别是交通一体化的推行,推进河交通低碳化、控制温室气体排放已成为区域乃至全国经济、社会可持续发展的必然要求。文章在研究河北低碳交通现状及影响因素和区域低碳交通评价指标体系的基础上,进一步分析低碳交通评价管理体系的构建。
Hebei province is an important industrial and agricultural base in northern China as well as an important part of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.With the implementation of the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,especially the integration of transportation,promoting the low-carbon traffic and controlling greenhouse gas emissions has become the inevitable requirement of regional as well as national economic and social sustainable development.Based on the study of the current situation and influencing factors of low-carbon transportation in Hebei province and the regional low-carbon transportation evaluation index system,this paper further analyzes the construction of low-carbon transportation evaluation management system.
