This paper discusses the ecological compensation system in the Xin'an river basin,analyzes the achievements and problems of the existing system,and proposes that we should mobilize the participation of the multiple subjects in the whole society,realize the diversification of compensation modes,establish a long-term and mutually trusted democratic consultation mechanism,establish a comprehensive and efficient monitoring system,and improve Xin'an river mode in many ways based on the background of internet plus.It provides strong support for further promotion and optimization.
