摘要
物流管理1+X职业技能等级证书试点工作已开展近两年的时间,试点院校在培训评价组织的指导下不断探索如何将证书要求融入课程教学中。考虑到澳大利亚的职业技能培训工作经过多年发展已形成较为完善的体系,文章从澳大利亚职业教育培训包入手,剖析仓储操作管理能力单元标准和评价标准,对比中澳职业技能标准与考核要求,提出在法律法规教育、加强安全教育、强化信息技术的应用等方面完善物流管理1+X课程建设的建议。
Experimental work of 1+X logistics management vocational skill certificate has been carried out for nearly two years.Under the guidance of the training and evaluation organization,the pilot colleges continue to explore how to integrate the certificate requirements into the course teaching.Considering that Australian vocational skills training work has formed a relatively perfect system after years of development,this paper focuses on Australian training package,analyzes the competency requirements and assessment requirements of monitor warehouse operation unit,compares the vocational skills standards and assessment requirements of China and Australia,and puts forward some suggestions on vocational skill training curriculum development such as set up laws and regulations course,strengthen safety education,and enhance the application of information technology.
