摘要
研究了一种高效率可调谐掺镱双包层光纤激光器 ,在抽运半导体激光为 915nm、功率为 1W的条件下 ,掺镱双包层光纤激光器的最大输出功率为 4 4 0mW ,输出斜效率约为 80 %。输出光束的M2 因子为 :x方向 1 0 6 ,y方向 1 0 4。用一光栅作为输出耦合 ,输出波长可在 10 70nm~ 115 0nm的范围内调谐。
A tunable ytterbium doped double cladding fiber laser with high efficiency has been investigated. The output power of the fiber laser was about 440 mW using 1 W 915 nm LD pumping and the slope efficiency was about 80%. The M 2 factor of the output beam in both directions were 1.06 and 1.04, respectively. The output wavelength can be tuned from 1070 nm~1150 nm while using a grating at output coupler.
