乡村振兴战略下农村特色产业发展路径研究——以甘肃临潭县为例

Research on the Development Path of Rural CharacteristicIndustries Based on Rural Revitalization Strategy——An example of Lintan County, Gansu Province

乡村振兴战略作为党的十九大重大决策部署,是我国新时期农村发展的总战略,产业振兴作为乡村振兴的关键点之一,是乡村经济发展的动力源泉。从临潭县特色产业的发展现状和基础优势出发,针对临潭县特色产业发展过程中面临的人才供应不足、工业发展困境、产业融合度低等现实问题,从地方品牌建设、提高创新能力、推动产业融合,电商模式的应用以及发挥政府作用等方面提出适合临潭特色产业发展的可行路径,以期为其他乡村地区发展特色产业并推进乡村振兴战略的实现提供可借鉴经验。

Rural Revitalization Strategy,as a major decision of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,is the general strategy of rural development in the new period.As one of the key points of rural revitalization,industrial revitalization is the power source of rural economic development.Based on the development situation on and basic advantages of the characteristic industries in Lintan County,this paper points out the problems in the development of characteristic industries in Lintan County,such as the shortage of talent supply,the dilemma of industrial development,and the low degree of industrial integration,attempting to propose the feasible paths for the development of characteristic industries in Lintan.It also aims to provide reference for other rural areas to develop characteristic industries and promote the realization of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
