二甲双胍联合阿格列汀或阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的疗效对比

Comparative Study on the Efficacy of Metformin Combined with Alogliptin or Acarbose in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:分析二甲双胍联合阿格列汀或阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的疗效对比。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年2月期间在上饶市人民医院采用二甲双胍联合阿格列汀治疗的35例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,将其纳入A组,另选取同期采用二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗的35例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,将其纳入B组。比较两组治疗前后的血糖及血脂指标。结果:治疗后,两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于治疗前,且A组FBG、餐后2 h血糖水平低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平低于治疗前,且B组TC、LDL-C水平低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二甲双胍联合阿格列汀调节患者的血糖效果显著,而二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖改善血脂指标的效果更好,故临床上应针对患者病情、体质量等综合因素来选择合适的治疗方案。

Objective:To compare the efficacy of metformin combined with alogliptin or acarbose in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:The clinical data of 35 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who received metformin combined with alogliptin for treatment in Shangrao People's Hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,included them into group A,in addition,the clinical data of 35 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who received metformin combined with acarbose for treatment at the same period were selected,included them into group B.The indexes of blood glucose,blood lipid were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of FBG,2 h postprandial blood glucose in group A were lower than those in group B,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of TC and LDL-C in group B were lower than those in group A,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metformin combined with alogliptin has significant effect in regulating blood glucose of patients,while metformin combined with acarbose has better effects of improving blood lipid indexes.Therefore,clinically,the appropriate treatment plan should be selected according to the patient's condition,body weight and other comprehensive factors.
