摘要 造纸厂机械以旋转机械为主,且工作环境恶劣、故障频发。针对以上问题,将在介绍几种常见的造纸机械工作原理的基础上,分析不同机械的故障原因,总结出若干故障种类;针对不同的故障种类分析了其产生原因和频谱特点,并据此选择合适的监测算法。最后,采用倒频谱分析法、包络谱法及频域多时段对比的方法,分析振动频谱,达到振动监测的目的。 Paper mill machinery is mainly rotating machinery,and the working environment is harsh,frequent breakdowns.In view of the above problems,on the basis of introducing the working principles of several common papermaking machines,this paper analyzes the causes of the faults of different machines,summarizes some kinds of faults,analyzes the causes and spectrum characteristics of different types of faults,and selects the appropriate monitoring algorithm accordingly.Finally,the cepstrum analysis method,envelope spectrum method and frequency domain multi-period comparison method are used to analyze the vibration spectrum,so as to achieve the purpose of vibration monitoring.
