摘要 备件的共享服务及配置优化水平对装备维护水平起着关键作用。针对现有备件管理在服务能力和配置优化方面存在的不足,提出基于维修BOM的备件共享服务方法,在备件库存确定的情况下,实现了备件利用率和精准服务能力的提升;提出基于备件BOM的串联系统备件配置优化方法,实现以系统备件满足率和保障任务时长为约束、以备件配置成本最小为目标的最优备件配置方案。最后,以数控机床主轴系统为例验证了所提方法的可行性。该方法对备件服务能力的提升和装备维修成本的降低具有一定的参考意义。 The level of shared services and allocation optimization of spare parts plays a key role in equipment maintenance.Aiming at the shortcomings of existing spare parts management in terms of service capabilities and allocation optimization,the maintenance BOM-based spare parts sharing service method was proposed to achieve the improvement of spare parts utilization and accurate service capabilities when the spare parts inventory was determined.Meanwhile,a method for spare parts allocation optimization of a series system based on spare parts BOM was also presented,to find an optimal spare parts allocation plan under the constraints on system spare parts fill rate and guarantee task duration.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed method was verified by taking the spindle system of a CNC machine tool as example.The proposed method has certain reference significance to the promotion of spare parts service capabilities and the reduction of equipment maintenance costs.
