摘要 在径向柱塞泵设计中,滑靴作为关键部件,连接动子与定子。滑靴既影响柱塞泵的机械效率,又影响柱塞泵的容积效率,是柱塞泵设计中的重中之重。因此,滑靴设计既要求耐磨性能好,又需要保证配合面的密封性。采用剩余压紧力设计方法对45 MPa径向柱塞泵的滑靴开展结构设计,并基于Fluent分析方法对其密封性和油膜特性进行了分析,获得一种耐磨性和密封性均比较好的设计方案。 In the design of a radial piston pump,the slipper is a key component that connects the mover and the stator.The slipper affects both the mechanical efficiency and the volumetric efficiency of the piston pump,which is the top priority in the design.Therefore,the design of the slipper requires both good wear resistance and the sealing performance of the mating surface.The redundant pressing force design method was used to carry out structural design of the slipper of the 45 MPa radial piston pump.Based on Fluent analysis method,its sealing performance and oil film characteristics were analyzed.A design solution with good abrasion resistance and sealing performance is obtained.
