摘要
从舞台机械设备紧凑化和安全性要求的角度出发,深入讨论分析了关于舞台机械卷筒轴在强度计算时,采用按扭转强度计算、按弯扭合成强度计算和按精确强度校核三种不同计算方法的差异和适应性,同时也对卷筒轴强度计算实例的核算结果进行解读、分析和对比,归纳总结出适合舞台机械设备轴强度计算的若干结论。
In this paper,from the point of view of compactness and safety requirements of stage machinery and equipment,the differences and adaptability of three different calculation methods,which were calculated according to torsional strength,combined strength of bending and torsion and precise strength,are discussed and analyzed in depth.Meanwhile,the accounting results of actual cases of drum shaft strength calculation were analyzed and compared,and some conclusions applicable to the calculation of stage machinery and equipment shaft strength are summarized.
