谐波齿轮双圆盘波发生器设计与有限元仿真分析

摘要 谐波齿轮双圆盘波发生器的两圆盘沿轴线配置在不同平面上,致使其柔轮与波发生器接触的两个区域变形和应力分布存在差异。为了减小这种差异,基于直母线假定,以柔轮计算截面上径向变形量为设计目标,对波发生器的两圆盘参数进行独立设计,并结合实例建立参数化杯形柔轮与波发生器接触分析的有限元模型,对比分析改进前、后双圆盘波发生器作用下柔轮的变形特征与应力分布。结果表明:改进后波发生器前、后圆盘作用区域内柔轮变形特征一致性较高,应力分布也得到明显改善。 Since the two disks of harmonic gear double disk wave generator are arranged on the same plane along the axis,the deformation and stress distribution in the two areas where the flexible gear contacts the wave generator are different.In order to reduce this difference,according to the assumption of straight generatrix,with the calculation of radial deformation of flexible gear in cross section as the design goal,the parameters of two disks of wave generator are designed,and the finite element model of contact analysis between parameterized cup-shaped flexible gear and wave generator is established,and the deformation characteristics and stress distribution of flexible gear under the action of improved double disk wave generator are compared and analyzed.The results show that the deformation characteristics of flexible gear in the front and rear disk action areas of the improved wave generator are consistent,and the stress distribution is improved obviously.
