摘要 四绳机械抓斗起重机常用于搬运矿渣、矿石、垃圾等散状类物料。随着环保的加强,其在搬运生活垃圾领域的应用频率越来越高。本文分析并阐述了四绳机械抓斗起重机生产作业的流程以及其存在的运行效率低的问题,根据其结构及运行原理,提出了一种在抓料状态时起升钢丝绳呈紧绷状态且不影响机械抓斗开闭的控制方法,提高了四绳机械抓斗的运行效率。 Four-rope mechanical grab cranes are often used to transport bulk materials such as slag,ore and garbage.With the strengthening of environmental protection,its application in domestic garbage handling is increasing.This paper analyzes and expounds the operation process of the four-rope mechanical grab crane and its low operation efficiency.According to its structure and operation principle,it puts forward a control method that the hoisting wire rope is in a tight state and does not affect the opening and closing of the mechanical grab in order to improve the operation efficiency of the four-rope mechanical grab.
