摘要
双驱动起升机构的两套驱动系统及制动系统不可避免地存在不同步,对传动系统及其支撑保持系统产生额外的变载荷冲击及内应力,影响了使用寿命和安全可靠性。在2台齿轮箱中分别加装1套高性能棘轮棘爪机构可有效缓解不同步带来的危害。但电机及制动系统的不同步性依旧存在,且棘轮棘爪机构出现初期故障时也无法及时直观发现,这些都影响起升机构的寿命和安全可靠性。为此文中提出了双驱动起升机构用棘轮棘爪齿轮箱的实时监测系统方案,对2台电机的工作电流、2台齿轮箱输入端转速,棘轮棘爪机构所在轴系的振动等指标进行实时监测,各指标提示反映不同问题并互相印证,及时提示采取相应措施防止问题进一步发展,从而确保起升机构安全可靠运行。
The desynchrony of the two sets of driving systems and braking systems of the double-drive hoisting mechanism is inevitable,which leads to extra variable load impact and internal stress on the transmission system and its supporting and holding system,and affects the service life and safety.Providing a set of high-performance ratchet and pawl mechanism in two gear boxes can effectively alleviate the influence of desynchrony.A scheme of real-time monitoring ratchet and pawl gear boxes for dual-drive lifting mechanism is proposed.The working currents of two motors,the input speeds of two gear boxes,and the vibration of the shaft system of ratchet and pawl mechanism were monitored in real time.Each index reflects different problems and can be used as evidence for each other.It promptly prompts to take corresponding measures to prevent further development of the problems,thus ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the lifting mechanism.
