For the winding system of tray carriages,the tensioning device at the tail of the rear girder of the quayside container crane is an essential and important device.There are some shortcomings in the manufacturing,transportation,assembly and maintenance of the tension device for the winding system of existing flat tray carriage.Sine the innovative and optimized flat tension device has good manufacturability,simple manufacture,no deformation during transportation and convenient installation and maintenance,it greatly reduces the time and cost of design,process,manufacture,assembly and maintenance.For projects with part replacement needs in future,it can ensure the interchangeability of key parts,reduce the production cost of spare parts,and is beneficial to the promotion of products.
