摘要
以差动单元的行星架转速分析为基础,对干熄焦提升机差动减速器的输出转速及速比进行了分析计算。同时,采用软件NX对减速器轮系进行运动仿真,得到了不同输入条件下减速器的输出轴转速曲线。仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性,表明基于差动单元的分析方法可作为差动减速器速比计算的一种可行思路。理论分析结果为干熄焦提升机差动减速器的设计奠定了基础,同时也可为减速器的实际使用提供参考。
Based on the analysis of planet carrier speed of differential unit,the output speed and speed ratio of differential reducer of CDQ hoist were analyzed and calculated.Meanwhile,the movement of reducer gear train was simulated by using software NX,and the speed curves of output shaft of reducer under different input conditions were obtained.Simulation results has proved that the theoretical analysis is correct,which shows that the analysis method based on differential unit can be used to calculate the speed ratio of differential reducer.It lays a foundation for the design of differential reducer of CDQ hoist,and can also be used as a reference for practical application of reducers.
