摘要
随着铁路集装箱的快速发展,集装箱办理站数量也逐年增长。按照铁路部门提质增效、节支降耗的工作思路,对于目前尚未形成规模的集装箱货源,采用集中货源于少数办理站开展集约化作业的策略,优化集装箱办理站布局,可有效整合相应的运力资源、降低物流成本。在集装箱货源分布和流量流向已知的情况下,通过构建以铁路集装箱作业成本最小为目标的0-1整数规划模型研究集装箱办理站的布局问题。以中国铁路昆明局集团有限公司集装箱办理站实际数据为例对优化模型进行了验证,表明采用该模型可以对铁路集装箱办理站布局进行有效优化,研究结论有利于铁路运力资源运用效率的提升和运输效益的增加。
In recent years,the number of container handling stations has increased year by year with the rapid development of railway container transportation.For those under-scale container sources,the strategy of centralizing sources to a small number of handling stations can effectively prevent the capacity waste of the handling stations.Under the development requirements of improving quality and efficiency,reducing consumption as well as saving expenditure,the optimization of the layout scheme of container handling stations can integrate the relevant transport capacity resources and reduce the logistics cost.In this paper,the rational distribution of container handling stations was studied by building a 0-1 integer programming model in order to minimize the operating cost of railway containers under the condition of the known distribution of container sources and flow direction.The optimization model was validated with actual data from the Kunming Railway Bureau Container Station.It shows that the model can be used to effectively optimize the layout of railway container stations.The conclusion presents benefits for improving utilization efficiency of railway transportation capacity and increasing transportation efficiency.
