员工跨界行为、知识共享与制造企业服务创新——基于知识基的调节作用 被引量:6

Boundary Spanner Behavior,Knowledge Sharing and Service Innovation of Manufacturing Enterprises——Based on the Moderating Role of Knowledge Base

摘要 服务创新已成为中国制造企业实现从高速发展向高质量发展的重要战略途径。通过对52个团队308名制造企业员工及其直属领导的问卷调查,实证检验员工跨界行为、知识共享以及知识基对制造企业服务创新的影响。结果表明,员工跨界行为对制造企业服务创新具有显著的正向影响,知识共享在员工跨界行为与制造企业服务创新之间起部分中介作用,企业知识基水平在员工跨界行为与知识共享之间起到正向调节作用。研究结果有利于进一步探索制造企业服务创新的影响因素,揭示员工跨界行为积极影响制造企业服务创新的有效途径。 Service innovation has become an important strategic way for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to realize the development from high speed to high quality.A questionnaire survey is conducted among 308 employees and their superiors in 52 teams to empirically examine the impact of boundary spanner behavior,knowledge sharing and knowledge base on service innovation in manufacturing enterprises.The results show that boundary spanner behavior has a significant positive impact on service innovation of manufacturing firms.Knowledge sharing plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between boundary spanner behavior and service innovation of manufacturing enterprises.The level of enterprise knowledge base plays a positive moderating role in the relationship between boundary spanner behavior and knowledge sharing.The results are helpful to further explore the influencing factors of service innovation in manufacturing enterprises and reveal the effective ways that boundary spanner behavior positively influences service innovation in manufacturing enterprises.
