中美贸易摩擦的民族经济维度探析

On the National Economic Dimension of China-US Trade Friction

中美贸易摩擦的美方逻辑是资本理性,可归纳为贸易问题上的失衡幻觉→理论认知上的重商主义→经济霸权上的危机意识。究其根源,经济利益敏感、经济理论偏执、经济霸权意识均是源远流长的美利坚经济民族主义的体现。经济民族主义既有经济模式又有文化传统的原因,二者综合概括为民族经济模式。通过中美经济模式的分析比较,借鉴民族学的经济文化类型理论,以人的本质为核心、价值概念为枢纽、民族文化为基础,探索规定民族经济模式的概念,提出中国是和合市场型、美国是竞争市场型。中美贸易摩擦实质是民族经济模式之争。经济全球化具有二重性即民族经济模式的“多元性”与“一体性”,构建人类命运共同体是不可逆转的历史大势。

The American logic of China-US trade friction is capital rationality,which is manifested in the illusion of imbalance in trade issues,mercantilism in theoretical cognition,and crisis consciousness in economic hegemony.The deep-rooted American economic nationalism behind the trade issues reflects the deep-seated influence of culture on economy.Economic nationalism is influenced by both economic model and cultural tradition,and the internal cause is national economic model.Through the analysis and comparison of the economic models between China and the United States,drawing lessons from the theory of economic and cultural types of ethnology,and taking the concept of value as the hub,human nature as the core,and national culture as the basis,this paper explores the concept of national economic model,and puts forward that China is the type of sum division,and the United States is the type of competitive market.The essence of China-US trade friction is the dispute of national economic model.Economic globalization has duality,that is,the“pluralism”and“integration”of national economic model.It is an irreversible historical trend to build a community of human destiny.
