一流本科专业视域下应用型商科专业建设的实践探索——以T学院国际经济与贸易专业为例

Practice and Exploration of Construction of Applied Business Specialty in View of First-class Undergraduate Specialty—Taking International Economy and Trade Major of T College as an Example

建设一流本科专业是商科适应高等教育新形势、新要求和经济发展新业态的必然选择。以T学院国际经济与贸易专业为例,探讨应用型本科大学在建设一流商科专业道路上的做法,即深化人才培养方案改革,聚焦应用型人才培养;加强产教融合校企合作,打造校企“价值共同体”;优化人才培养模式,提高学生培养效果;引培并举,推动师资队伍水平快速攀升;健全机制,有序推进基层教学组织建设。未来的改革思路则包括:全面落实新商科理念,持续优化人才培养模式;深化校企合作力度,打造产教融合“价值共同体”;加强师资队伍建设,培育“双师双能型”教学团队;积极主动融入地方,提高社会服务能力。

To build a first-class undergraduate major is an inevitable choice for business to adapt to the new situation of higher education,new requirements and new business forms of economic development.Taking the major of international economy and trade of T college as an example,this paper discusses the practice of application-oriented undergraduate university in constructing the first-class business major,namely:to deepen the reform of talent training program,focusing on the cultivation of application-oriented talents,strengthening the cooperation between universities and enterprises with the integration of production and teaching,to build a“community of value”between school and enterprise;to optimize the training mode of talents and improve the training effect of students;to promote the development of teaching staff;to improve the mechanism and to advance the construction of teaching organizations at the basic level in an orderly manner.The future reform ideas include:fully implementing the new business concept and continuously optimizing the talent training mode;deepening the cooperation between universities and enterprises to create a“value community”of integration of industry and education;strengthening the construction of teaching staff to cultivate“double-skill and double-ability”teaching team;actively integrating into the local community to improve social service ability.
