海南自由贸易港建设背景下高职院校“双高”建设路径探析

An Analysis on Construction Path of “Double High” in Higher VocationalColleges under Background of Hainan Free Trade Port Construction

高职院校的“双高”建设对推动职业教育改革有着重要的意义,并为新时代经济建设提供人才保障与重要支持。随着海南自贸港建设的深入推进,大量的人才需求、较高的人才待遇水平以及广阔的人才发展平台都为高职院校建设特别是“双高”建设带来了发展契机。但在办学定位不清、专业深度不够、师资队伍不足以及就业质量不高的困境下,要实现高职院校的“双高”建设需要找准定位谋发展、深化专业谋提升、培育师资谋支撑、提升就业谋出路,以确保“双高”建设的有效进行。

The“double high”construction of higher vocational colleges is of great significance to promote the reform of vocational education,and provides the personnel guarantee and important support for the economic construction in the new era.With the deepening of Hainan free trade port construction,a large number of talent demand,higher level of talent treatment and broad talent development platform has brought development opportunities for the construction of higher vocational colleges,especially the“double high”construction.However,in the predicament of unclear educational positioning,lack of professional depth,insufficient teaching staff and low employment quality,in order to realize the“double high”construction of higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to find the correct positioning to seek development,deepen the specialty to seek promotion,cultivate teachers to seek support,and improve employment to ensure the effective implementation of“double high”construction.
