This article studies the factors influencing ecological career development of woman teachers in higher vocational colleges in order to break through the predicament.As for the ecological career development of woman teachers in higher vocational colleges,it firstly has generalized the connotations,then analyzed structure and features of such ecological system,and finally summed up the main influencing factors.
