元治理理论视角下我国人文教育供给路径研究——基于漳州市的案例分析

摘要 人文素质教育业已成为衡量一个国家和地区软实力的重要指标,因此越来越引起各级政府的高度重视。我国人文教育进程中,资金来源单一,供给效益非均等化,社会参与度低,设施、内容供给低效等问题,依然制约着人文教育的成效。因此,在供给侧结构性改革的背景下,以漳州市人文教育状况为实证研究对象,探讨了运行过程中存在问题及其原因,应明确政府主导定位,扩大多元化融资渠道,积极培育社会力量,强化人文设施和内容供给的人文教育路径。 The word“humanity”,which first appeared in the Book of Changes,generally refers to all human cultural activities and practical achievements.With the development of society and the continuous expansion of meaning,humanistic quality education has become an important indicator to measure the soft power of a country and region,attracting more and more attention of governments at all levels.However,in the process of humanistic education in China,the problems,such as single source of funds,unequal supply efficiency,low social participation,inefficient supply of facilities and content,still restrict the effectiveness of humanistic education.Therefore,against the background of the supply side structural reform,and with the status of humanities education in Zhangzhou as the empirical research object,this paper employs the meta governance theory to explores the problems and their causes in the operation process,and puts forward the path of humanities education,which is to clarify the government’s leading position,expand diversified financing channels,actively cultivate social forces,and strengthen the supply of humanities facilities and content.
