摘要
为了促进我国房地产市场的健康稳定发展,实现房地产资源的优化配置,政府相继出台稳定房价的各项宏观调控政策,引导市场回归理性。通过对房地产宏观调控政策分析,总结反思不同类型调控政策对市场的影响,并提出完善我国房地产长效机制政策的建议。
To promote the healthy and stable development of China’s real estate market and realize the optimal allocation of real estate resources,the government has successively issued various macro-control policies to stabilize housing prices and steer the market to rationality.Through the analysis of macro-control policies of real estate,this paper summarizes and reflects on the influence of different types of control policies on the market,and puts forward some suggestions for perfecting the long-term mechanism policies of real estate in China.
