民用飞机襟翼运动机构运动可靠性分析及优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 以滑轨-滑轮架式襟翼运动机构为研究对象,在其运动关系的基础上建立了考虑多种误差的可靠性分析模型,并运用数值分析方法(蒙特卡罗数字模拟法)对此机构在襟翼巡航、起飞和着陆状态的运动可靠性进行分析,同时研究了各个误差因素的可靠性灵敏度,最后采用带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)对该运动机构可靠性进行优化,提出了提高该机构运动可靠性的相关措施。 This paper takes carriage-track flap mechanism as the object of study and establishes a reliability analysis model considering various errors on the basis of its motion relationship.It uses the numerical analysis method(Monte Carlo numerical simulation method)to obtain the reliability analysis results of this mechanism in the cruise,takeoff and landing states of the flap,and the reliability sensitivity of each error factor is also studied.Finally,the reliability of this mechanism is optimized by using non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm,and the measures to improve the motion reliability of this mechanism are proposed.
