摘要
以航空发动机高压闭式构件为研究对象,在分析其零件内部结构的基础上采用UG平台建立零件的实体模型。运用cosθ法进行了零件电解加工阴极结构的设计,并通过工艺实验,基于零件图纸尺寸与加工结果的差值进行了阴极型面的修形,使电解加工后零件剩余的加工余量更小,提高了加工效率。
Based on the analysis of the internal structure of the high-pressure closed component of aero-engine,this paper establishes the solid model of the component by UG platform.It uses the cosθmethod to design the cathode structure of the electrochemical machining,and modifies the cathode profile based on the difference between the part drawing size and the machining result through the process experiment.So the remaining machining allowance of the electrochemical machining part is smaller after electrochemical machining,this design can improve the processing efficiency.
