摘要
21世纪初,城市的扩张带动了新城的快速发展,被吸引走了大量原有老城区的资源,新的富有活力的街区难以出现。基于赣州市的情况,对河套老城区内部街区进行了分级,通过全局整合度、容积率、交通可达性、功能丰富度的指标对不同的街区进行活力等级划分;通过不同功能POI的分析,探究城区功能分布特征,发现河套老城区的街区存在活力与交通通行能力不匹配的特征,所以针对不同类型的街区提出了不同的发展策略。
At the beginning of the 21st century,the expansion of the city has led to the rapid development of the new city,attracting a lot of resources of the original old city,so it is difficult for new and dynamic blocks to appear.Based on the situation of Ganzhou,this paper classifies the inner blocks of Hetao,and divides the vitality levels of different blocks by the indicators of global integration,plot ratio,traffic accessibility and functional richness.Through the analysis of different functional POI,it explores the functional distribution characteristics of urban area,and finds that the vitality of blocks in Hetao urban area does not match with the traffic capacity.Therefore,different development strategies are put forward for different types of blocks.
