城镇特色风貌规划管理与控制策略

Management and Control Strategies for Architectural Features Planning in Towns

为科学有序地推进城镇特色化发展,提升城镇风貌建设水平和发展质量,本文从城镇整体空间风貌到细部人居体验各方面深入剖析城镇在规划建设中存在的问题,总结内部原因,探索城镇传统特色风貌塑造的规划方法,研究新建建筑地域特色表达的技术,结合新时期我国城镇风貌提升的要求,提出城镇特色风貌规划控制策略,为指导全国大部分城镇的规划、建设、管理提供技术依据。

In order to promote the characteristic development of urban features in a scientific and orderly manner as well as improve the urban landscape construction quality and standard,this paper analyzes the problems existing in planning and construction of small towns and cities from the aspects of the overall spatial features to the detailed human settlement experience,and summarizes the internal reasons.This paper will explore the planning methods for shaping the traditional features of the towns,and study the techniques for expressing the regional features of newly built buildings.Combing with the requirements for improving the features of the towns in our country,the paper puts forward the strategies for the planning and controlling of the features of the towns so as to provide technical basis for the planning,construction and management of most small towns in China.
