基于里院“绿色”改造的策略探讨

Discussion on the Strategy of“Green”Transformation of Liyuan

由于青岛在历史上经历了不同时期,结合当地特色形成了独特的里院建筑形式,这种建筑形式兼备东西方的建筑特征,是青岛市老城区城市建筑肌理不可或缺的一部分。笔者通过实地调研,了解里院的建筑形式特点,希望通过对里院街区建筑特征的分析记录,基于建筑现状的阐述,从现状出发,简要评价一下里院街区的建筑价值,然后指出其在绿色改造方面的相关策略,对于青岛地域特色建筑的传承发展贡献自己的微薄力量。

Because Qingdao has experienced different periods in history,combined with the local characteristics,it has formed a unique courtyard architectural form.This architectural form combines the eastern and western architectural characteristics,and is an indispensable part of the urban architectural texture of the old city of Qingdao.The author understands the building form characteristics of Liyuan through the field investigation,analyzes and records the building characteristics of Liyuan block.Based on the description of the current situation of the building,from the current situation,the paper briefly evaluates the building value of Liyuan block,and then points out its relevant strategies in the green transformation,hoping to contribute to the inheritance and development of Qingdao regional characteristic buildings.
