摘要
居住满意度的提高是实现民众幸福感的有效途径,人居环境的改善是推动健康城市建设的基本要求。以大连市主城区为例,分别选取街区地块功能多样性、移动便利性、活动安全性为切入点进行空间数据收集,对老年人居住满意度采用问卷调查的方式,探究二者之间的统计相关性。研究发现,较用地性质复杂的地块,高绿化率、多日常性设施网点相混合的居住地块更能提高老年人的居住满意度;与水平便捷度(地块形态、网点密度)相比,地块内的垂直便捷度(建筑层高)对老年人居住满意度的影响更为显著;机动车通行较少且封闭的地块可通过影响老年人的安全感知提升居住满意度。
The improvement of living satisfaction is an effective way to realize the happiness of the people,and the improvement of human settlement environment is the basic requirement to promote the construction of healthy cities.Taking the main urban area of Dalian as an example,the spatial data were collected from the functional diversity,mobility convenience and activity safety of the blocks,and a questionnaire survey was conducted to measure the living satisfaction of the elderly,and explore the statistical correlation between the two.The study found that compared with the plot with complex nature of land use,the residential plot mixed with high greening rate and multi-daily facilities could improve the elderly’s residential satisfaction.The vertical convenience(building height)in the plot has a more significant effect on the elderly’s satisfaction with living,while the closed plot with less vehicular traffic can improve the elderly’s satisfaction with living by influencing their perception of security.
