工民建是工业与民用建筑的简称,属于土木工程体系,所涉及的施工技术多种多样,质量影响因素也较多。因此,本文以某工民建施工技术的应用项目为例,阐述了工民建施工技术的应用难点,从基础施工、混凝土施工、模板施工、钢筋施工等多个方面探讨了工民建施工技术的应用过程,并对工民建施工技术的应用质量优化措施进行了进一步论述,以期为工民建施工技术应用效益的提升提供一定借鉴。

Industrial and civil construction is the abbreviation of industrial and civil buildings,belonging to the civil engineering system,involving a variety of construction technologies,and influenced by many quality factors.Therefore,taking a civil construction technology application project as an example,the paper expounds the difficulties in the application of civil and industrial construction technology.Then from the perspectives of foundation construction,concrete construction,template construction,steel bar construction,and other aspects,the paper discusses the application process of the civil and industrial construction technology and elaborates on the optimization measures for the quality of the application of the civil and industrial construction technology so as to provide a reference for the improvement of the benefits in applying the civil and industrial construction technology.
