Space Settlement--The Project Design of Shandong Call Center Base(Weifang)

本文是对山东呼叫中心(潍坊)基地项目设计的回顾与思考。面对超过12万m2的巨型办公建筑设计,建筑师采取单元“盒子”自由组合形成“空间聚落”的理念,分解体量,消除压迫感,并营造出空间丰富、功能灵活、自然相融的办公建筑场所体验,是对城市超大型办公建筑设计的一次积极探索与实践。

This paper is a review and reflection on the project design of Shandong Call Center Base(Weifang).Faced with the design of a settlem ent ,disassembles the volume,eliminates the sense of oppression,and creates the experience of a rich space,flexible function,and natural blending.It is an active exploration and practice of the design of super large office buildings in the city.
