摘要
智能建造技术的研发在中国已经取得了一定的进展,在BIM、物联网、3D打印、人工智能,以及云数据等多重技术的发展下,建筑行业迎来了新的改变。但智能建造技术在我国发展并不健全。本文通过研究智能建造的相关技术,从上述五种技术出发,介绍智能建造技术的发展现状,并根据整个建筑行业的发展,指出BIM、3D打印技术,以及人工智能在我国发展的局限性,总结今后智能建造技术应用以及科研的发展趋势。
The research and development of intelligent construction technology has made some progress in China.With the development of several technologies such as BIM,Internet of things,3D printing,artificial intelligence and cloud data,the construction industry has ushered in new changes.But the development of intelligent construction technology in China is not perfect.Through the research on the technologies related with the intelligent construction,this paper introduces the development status of intelligent construction technology from the above five aspects,points out the limitations of BIM,3D printing and artificial intelligence in China according to the development of the whole construction industry,and summarizes the research and development trend and the application of intelligent construction technology in the future.
