建设工程项目的成本管控机制研究

随着我国经济科技的快速发展,建设单位在我国国民经济中占有重要地位。项目成本管控对于企业在整个行业中的发展有着至关重要的作用。本文以建设单位为例,分析当前建设单位在建筑工程施工成本管控机制建设中存在的问题,给出相应的加强建筑工程项目成本管控机制完善的对策。

With the rapid development of China’s economy and technology,the construction unit plays an important role in China’s national economy.Project cost control plays an important role in the development of enterprises in the whole industry.Taking the construction unit as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction construction of the cost control mechanism in the current construction unit,and provides the corresponding countermeasures to improve the cost control mechanism of construction project.
