摘要
五十多年来,德国的应用科学大学为德国经济界提供大量实践型、高素质的专业人才和领导者做出了巨大贡献。德国应用科学大学以应用为导向的人才培养模式之所以如此成功,关键在于其教授除了具有学术资格以外,还拥有至少数年的职业经验,即他们拥有双重资格。然而多年以来,在快速寻找合适人选填补空缺的教授岗位方面,应用科学大学遇到的问题越来越大,甚至非常严峻,导致了许多高校的教育质量也愈发受到影响。德国的科学政策试图加强应用科学大学教授队伍的建设,并推出了联邦与州“应用科学大学人才(FH-Personal)”计划。
For more than 50 years,German universities of applied sciences have made a significant contribution in supplying the German economy with highly qualified talents.Their application-orientation teaching model is so successful precisely because the professors have not only an outstanding academic qualification but also several years of professional experience(double qualification).For several years,however,they have had greater and sometimes even dramatic problems in filling vacant professorships adequately and quickly.As a result,the teaching quality at many universities is increasingly suffering.With the new Federal Government-Federal States Program“FH-Personal/UAS-Staff”,German science policy is trying to strengthen professorships at universities of applied sciences.
