摘要
我国应用型本科高校以服务区域经济社会发展为重任,产教融合是服务区域经济社会发展的关键路径之一。基于5所高校2019—2020学年本科教学质量报告的分析,当前应用型本科高校从以下五个方面促进产教融合:确定区域产业服务功能的办学目标,建设特色应用型学科专业集群,打造校企合作的“产学研一体化”平台,实施教学与竞赛双向发展,建设“双师双能型”教师队伍。鉴于目前应用型本科高校产教融合实施过程中存在的问题,应进一步构建“校—院—企”三级联动的长效合作机制,完善以能力为导向的实践教学体系,提升“双师以能型”教师培养体系的有效性。
A primary task for applied colleges and universities in China is to provide service for local economic and social development,and integration of industry and education proves to be one of the ways for them to achieve it.According to undergraduate teaching quality reports of five higher education institutions in 2019-2020,the applied undergraduate colleges and universities promote the integration of industry and education from 5 perspectives:designing its goals as to serve local industrial development,developing a cluster of characteristic applied disciplines,conducting university-enterprise cooperation,promoting practical teaching system and building a double-professionally-titled teaching team.In view of the existing problems in the implementation of industry-education integration,it is necessary to further build a long-term cooperative mechanism featuring“university-school-enterprise”linkage to enhance competence-based practical teaching and improve effectiveness of teachers’enterprise practice.
