摘要
就业能力是由自我能力、方法能力、职业能力和人际交往能力组成的一种元能力。这些非技术性能力对就业、独立工作和与团队合作、在事业发展中取得成就和成功以及最终对自己职业生活的满意度来说都发挥着重要的影响作用。雇主都期望年轻的专业人才在求职时已具备这些能力,并且程度较高,但现实却往往不能令他们满意。因此,在对年轻专业人才的教育和培训中,促进就业能力的发展应成为其中重要的组成部分。
Employ-ability represents a meta-competence consisting of self,methodological,professional and interpersonal competences.These nontechnical competencies are important to seek and find jobs,for working alone as well team work,to be productive and successful in career development,for the satisfaction with one’s own working life.Employers expect that young professionals seeking job possess a certain level of these skills.However,they have the impression that job seekers own less than satisfactory soft skills.Therefore,the promotion of employ-ability should be an important part of education and training of prospective young professionals.
