全科师范生违约倾向调查——以C市为例 被引量:1

摘要 培养一批“下得去”“干得好”“留得住”的全科师范生是落实全科教师定向培养计划、大力推动农村教育发展的重要举措,研究全科师范生的就读体验和违约倾向对改进相关政策措施具有重要意义。以C市某高校为例,运用问卷调查、访谈法,分析全科师范生违约倾向现状,比较全科师范生在不同变量上的违约倾向差异和不同影响因素的作用。研究发现:全科师范生愿意从事农村教育的意愿虽高,但长期在农村小学任教的意愿低;违约倾向在年级、家庭所在地和家庭收入变量上存在不同程度的差异;服务期限及未来发展成为困扰全科师范生的主要问题。为此,从加强政策宣传、培养乡村教育情怀、增加专业发展吸引力、构建全科师范生准入准出机制、修订定向培养制度几个方面提出对策建议,以期降低全科师范生的违约倾向,提高他们扎根农村教育的积极性。 It is an important measure to train a group of general normal students for the practical purposes to implement the orientation training plan of general teachers and vigorously promote the development of rural education.It is of great significance to study their learning experience and default tendency to implement relevant policies and measures.Taking a university in city C as an example,using the methods of questionnaire survey,interview and comparative study,this paper analyzes the current situation of general normal students’default tendency,and compares the differences of their default tendency in different variables and the effects of different influencing factors.The results show that:although general normal students are willing to be engaged in rural education,their willingness to teach in rural primary schools for a long term is low;there are different degrees of differences in grade,family location and family income variables in default tendency;service term and future development become the main problems that perplex general normal students.In order to reduce their default tendency and improve their enthusiasm for rural education,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the following aspects:strengthening policy publicity,cultivating rural education enthusiasm,increasing the attraction of professional development,constructing the admission and exit mechanism,and revising the directional training system.
